Generally, the sublimation drying time of solid raw materials may take 10 to 25 hours, while the semi-solid or solution raw materials may take longer, about 15 to 35 hours. The specific sublimation drying time needs to be determined based on the material and the performance of the freeze dryer.

In the analytical drying stage, the time also depends on the nature and moisture content of the material. Generally speaking, the time of analytical drying is relatively short, but it also needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation of the material.
