Relative humidity: less than or equal 70%.

Power supply voltage: AC230V±5% 50Hz.

Vacuum pump voltage: AC230V±5% 50Hz.

The working environment should be no conductive dust, no explosive, corrosive gases and no strong electromagnetic interference.

2、Storage conditions

Environment temperature: -40℃～50℃.

Relative humidity: less than or equal 93%.

The storage conditions should be well-ventilated, no corrosive gases.
